Wedding bells for Jennifer Aniston

Congratulations to Jennifer Aniston who got engaged this week!

Who doesn't love a wedding? The dress, the flowers, the party - it's a chance to throw on your Sunday best and have a good time.

Aniston, known for keeping her look natural, radiant and classic, recently declared her love of Dr. Hauschka, saying "I’ve used Dr Hauschka products for years; they really suit my skin and every time I try something else my skin reacts badly, so I stick to what I know works."

Her favourite? The Moisturising Day Cream, an invigorating moisturiser that stimulates tired, dry skin to get it feeling hydrated and looking luminous, perfect for prepping skin before walking down the aisle.

We'd recommend teaming that with Dr. Hauschka's new Lemon Lemongrass Body Moisturiser which uses lemon and lemongrass pure essential oils to awaken and energize your mind, body and soul, and firm and tone your skin. It's a gorgeous, refreshing body product to apply for a moment of zen before you kick-start the big day.

How to use your Free Mini Must Haves from Trilogy with these Top Tips

This week on LoveLula we have a super Mini Must-Have Kit from Trilogy to go with every order for a Trilogy moisturiser! We spoke to Alison over at Trilogy HQ to find out her top tips to get your skin feeling smooth and hydrating and looking enviably radiant. Here's what she had to say:

"Add a bit of the Gentle Facial Exfoliant into your cleanser, combining the two steps into one when you are pushed for time (and who isn't in the morning?). It's a really gentle, quick way of brightening and refreshing your skin"

"Don't forget to exfoliate around the nose area and your lips. When the weather is a bit colder, lips can get dry and it becomes especially noticeable when you apply your lipstick. Gently buffing your lips will get your smile looking even more fabulous!"

"If you feel your skin needs an extra boost of moisture, add a couple of drops of certified organic rosehip oil to your moisturiser. Because it's such a light formula, it sits comfortably underneath makeup, whilst the essential fatty acids in the oil deeply penetrate and hydrate your skin."

"Keep your Hydrating Mist Toner in your handbag or your desk drawer  at work and spritz your face throughout the day to keep it hydrated and refreshed. It's also an absolute must when you're flying as that's when you skin can get really dehydrated and tired looking."

To get your Mini Must-Have Kit from Trilogy, all you have to do is purchase your favourite Trilogy moisturiser, and enter the code MMH12 at the checkout!

LoveLula's New Year's Resolutions | Keep On Looking Fabulous

A huge part of how you look on the outside is based on what's happening on the inside. It's a great idea to support your skincare regime and keep your skin looking rejuvenated from the inside out with the help of supplements. Especially in winter, skin look tired, older and dull. Give it a helping hand with these:

“DMAE is your magic bullet for great skin tone, keeping your face firm and contoured” Dr Nicholas Perricone, Anti-Aging Expert

Alpha Lipoic Acid is a powerful antioxidant which helps protect skin against free radicals. These free radicals can damage the health of the body’s cells and age your skin. DMAE stimulates nerve function and the muscles contract and tighten under the skin. DMAE is also recognised as improving brain function, improving memory and helping you to think more clearly.

Hyaluronic Acid is used in skincare products as it helps attract moisture which makes skin smooth and plump. Wrinkles are evened out and skin tone improved. Take these supplements to help boost your skin’s moisture levels, especially in winter when skin is dehydrated.
