The Natural Wedding Book by Louise Moon

When my husband and I got married back in 2008 we wanted our day to reflect our love of nature and the outdoors...how I wish this book had been published back then! It's packed with beautiful photographs all with inspiring ideas for your big day with everything from using wild and native flowers, to sourcing organic food and creating your own decorations.

I especially liked the chapter on ideas for venues which suggested some really unusual and different venues from traditional cruck marquees to wildlife centres or eco hotels and centres which would make your day extra special and unique. If you're planning a wedding and want something more personal than the mainstream wedding packages this is the book for you.

I love this book and card set by the lovely Cordelia Brabbs. It's a book and card pack that's designed to help young women explore feminine empowerment through the 'archetype' of the goddess and can help any girl feel free, energised, healthy and happy; love her body and believe she can do anything; discover her own identity and trust in her own good judgment; and work hard, chill out and have fun.
