Last month my friend Monica and I made the pilgrimage down to London for the WeareOne Valentine's Love Party...seriously good fun was had by all as we were treated to a live performance from folk-jazz man Tim Tyson (who Monica took a bit of a shine too...in fact she took a shine to a few young men that day but that's another story!!), sound bathing, inspirational films and lots of dancing and pink.
