This is interesting. I didn't know you could buy Vitamin D in capsule form to take regularly like this. For someone who suffers from a Vitamin D deficiency these are a welcome blessing! I love the summer and hate the winter because of this. Maybe this year will be more bearable with these and my SAD lamp :-) Thanks!
